Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and compliance support
Support implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, and performance processes
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and coordination with management
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office support staff
Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory records
Support travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
1-4 years of experience in HR & Administration (consulting/office environment preferred)
Knowledge of basic HR processes, labor compliance, and payroll coordination
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work independently
