Position Summary
We are seeking a
dynamic, presentable, and proactive female professional
to manage
Human Resources, Administration, and Front Desk operations
. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a positive personality, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR MIS reporting.
Handle employee grievances professionally, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to promote a positive work culture.
Administration Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, AMC follow-ups, and housekeeping services.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and administrative controls.
Assist management with reports, presentations, and internal coordination.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Front Desk & Communication Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and government officials.
Maintain visitor logs, meeting schedules, and conference room coordination.
Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
Educational Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources
or
equivalent postgraduate qualification
from a recognized institute.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
in
HR & Administration
within a reputed
MNC or professionally managed organization
.
Proven experience in grievance handling and employee relations.
Skill Set & Competencies
Fluent in
spoken and written English
(mandatory).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Excellent grievance handling and conflict resolution abilities.
Good knowledge of HR processes, labour practices, and office administration.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
