Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & HR Activities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

Administrative & Coordination Work:



Manage and update Director's calendar, meetings, and schedules. Maintain vehicle insurance records, renewal dates, and coordination. Assist in vehicle servicing and related follow-ups. Support HR in daily administrative and compliance-related activities.

General Responsibilities:



Maintain proper records and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Handle confidential information responsibly
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in HR & Admin role.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration. Proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
