We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable HR Cum Admin Executive to oversee the smooth functioning of our factory operations and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both HR functions and factory/facility management, including vendor coordination, compliance, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and office maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for facility-related services and ensure timely delivery of work.
Monitor and maintain office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement activities.
Support in travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations in the workplace.
Assist in managing petty cash, facility bills, and expense records.
Provide general administrative support to the management and employees.
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support activities
Assist in onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of facility management and administration practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years ( HR and Factory Administration)
