The HR cum Admin Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, effective employee management, and compliance with organizational policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary documentation
Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee documentation (offer letters, experience letters, etc.)
Administration
Manage office administration and day-to-day facility operations
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and asset management
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and administrative policies
Organize meetings, events, and internal communications
Handle travel arrangements and logistics when required
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HR practices and labor compliance
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR and administration roles
Experience in educational institutions or corporate offices preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
