Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
Manage front desk and greet walk-in visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
HR Responsibilities:
Maintain attendance register (manual/Excel/software)
Assist in payroll preparation and salary records
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Support recruitment coordination
Track leave records and employee data
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers may apply)
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Basic knowledge of HR operations (attendance, payroll, records)
Good communication skills (Malayalam and English)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Presentable, organized, and responsible
Experience in HR/Admin/Front Office is an advantage
Salary:
? 12000 to ? 20000 per month (Based on experience)
