HR cum Admin Executive
to support and lead our HR and administrative functions, while contributing to business growth and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management:
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and training & development.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Address employee grievances and provide necessary support to ensure a positive work culture.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Administrative Management:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
Manage office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and ensure a smooth working environment.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate office maintenance, logistics, and any statutory inspections.
Client Relationship & Business Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and contribute to preparing proposals and service solutions.
Support the business development team in generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals.
Act as a key point of contact for client communications, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR, Admin, and Client Relationship Management, preferably in an Event Management or Service Industry.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong ability in
business development and client servicing
.
Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proven experience in handling office administration effectively.
Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Prior experience in the Event Management Industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge of digital tools and event management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
