HR cum Admin Executive
to manage human resources, office administration, and support smooth daily operations.
Job Summary
The
HR cum Admin Executive
will handle all HR processes, oversee office administration, and ensure efficient coordination between staff and management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, people-oriented qualities, and the ability to balance both HR and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.
Organize employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives.
Handle staff grievances, performance appraisals, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company-related data.
Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations ensuring smooth workflows.
Manage documentation, filing systems, and official correspondences.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facilities management.
Monitor office inventory and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Support event coordination, corporate functions, and internal meetings.
Ensure compliance with company operational SOPs.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Maintain effective communication across departments.
Support management in daily operational tasks and reporting.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR and office administration (hospitality, F&B, or retail industry experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.
Preferred
Experience in the
hospitality/F&B/retail industry
.
Working knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.
