Esight Business Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized
HR cum Admin Executive
to manage both human resources functions and day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain HRMIS systems
Assist with payroll coordination and employee queries
Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Administration:
Handle office administration tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
Manage employee travel bookings and reimbursements
Oversee housekeeping and office maintenance
Support management in organizing meetings and internal events
Handle front desk duties when required (calls, visitors, etc.)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
