Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate payroll preparation with accounts (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.).
Support in policy implementation, compliance, and HR documentation.
Handle employee grievance redressal and ensure employee engagement.
Oversee training and development initiatives for factory staff and office employees.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
Administration Functions:
Supervise day-to-day office and plant administration activities.
Oversee facility management: housekeeping, canteen, security, transportation.
Vendor management - office supplies, housekeeping materials, utilities.
Maintain records related to licenses, audits, statutory renewals.
Assist management in coordinating internal & external audits.
Handle correspondence, drafting letters, and general office documentation.
Support in health & safety compliance at the plant.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or Business Administration.
2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a
manufacturing/industrial setup
.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software will be an advantage.
