Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage daily office and floor activities to ensure smooth operations.
Handle office assets, maintenance, and ensure proper utilization.
Maintain records of inventories, assets, and stationery supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities.
Support in Basic HR roles (Recruitment , Onboarding Process , Maintain Employees at floor )
Client Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for Vendor communication when required.
Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups with Vendor and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in administration or HR functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
