We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR cum Office Administrator
to manage our day-to-day HR operations, general administration, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional environment at the workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and relieving letters.
Handle payroll inputs, employee attendance reports, and coordination with accounts.
Support employee engagement activities, training, and performance review processes.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure HR policy compliance.
Manage statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, labour records) in coordination with consultants.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR processes.
Office Administration
Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and facility management.
Manage office supplies, stationery, vendor coordination, and purchase requests.
Maintain office equipment, AMC schedules, and service follow-ups.
Coordinate travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and employee logistics.
Ensure smooth functioning of incoming/outgoing communication and documentation.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and assist management in administrative tasks.
Handle visitor management, front desk coordination, and phone calls when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills.
