We are hiring for HR & admin for construction industry
No of positions: 1 nos
Location: Chennai
Qualifications: Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin (preferably in contracting / construction
industry).
Salary: Upto 3 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, issuing
offer letters.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, contracts).
Handle employee on boarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Support in payroll preparation by providing attendance, overtime, and leave data.
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate training & development initiatives.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
Manage company assets, inventory, and office supplies.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff and management.
Support project sites with manpower deployment and admin needs.
Maintain vendor database and liaise with service providers (security, transport, etc.).
Organize company events, meetings, and staff welfare activities.
Ensure timely renewals of licenses, contracts, and statutory registrations.
