We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR cum Accounts Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and attendance, along with assisting in basic accounting tasks like bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
This role requires someone who is organized, trustworthy, and able to multitask efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave records.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, or benefits.
Prepare monthly salary sheets and coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement.
Assist with performance appraisal documentation and tracking.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar HR & Accounts combined role.
Working knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
