Job Responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, discipline, and internal processes.
Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
Handle employee queries in a professional and confidential manner.

Accounts and Finance

Maintain daily accounts, expense tracking, and income records.
Prepare invoices, manage billing, and follow up on payments.
Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits and financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and confidentiality of financial data.

Working Details

Working days are Monday to Saturday.
