Manage recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and assist in HR operations.
Handle lead entries, updates, and tracking in
Zoho CRM

Generate reports and dashboards for management.
Coordinate between HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Requirements:
Experience in
HR functions
(recruitment, employee management).
Strong knowledge of
Zoho CRM

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask across HR and CRM responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
