Develop and deliver HR training programs (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, Performance Management, etc.).
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of core HR functions:
Recruitment & Selection
HR Operations
Payroll & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
Performance Appraisal Systems
HR Policies & Employee Engagement
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex HR concepts into practical learning.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools/software (preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Create training materials, modules, case studies, and assessments.
Conduct classroom/virtual sessions with engaging teaching methods.
Evaluate trainees performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and customize sessions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
