HR counselor

on immediate basis for our IT company Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, Indore(M.P)

Job location : Indore(M.P) and Only walkins interview

Experience : Minimum 6 months in HR or HR Counselling or Fresher can also try of they are self motivate and active

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Understand our requirement for hiring Fresher candidates for technical Roles for our Internship and training

2) Collect Data from different sources, institutes, colleges, job portals, Social media

3) Call and schedule counselling session within the Company

4) taking regular follow ups to join our Internship, motivate them and explain the advantage

5) Self motivate, active female or male can also apply
