Signature Work Abroad is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to manage and support the recruitment process. This role involves close communication with candidates to ensure accurate documentation and smooth coordination of immigration procedures. You'll be responsible for data entry, office administration, and maintaining accurate records using various software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
Communicate with candidates to clarify documentation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Oversee immigration and compliance procedures.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain candidate records.
Support general office administration tasks.
Maintain and organize recruitment files and documentation.
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
Edit and manage documents using Adobe tools when needed.
Collaborate with team members and partners to manage recruitment logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills - verbal and written (essential for candidate coordination and document clarification).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Adobe tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
Excellent data entry and administrative abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR processes (preferred but not mandatory).
