Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordination
Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure engagement until joining.
Database Management
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Track sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness of channels.
