Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
Support employee orientation and joining formalities.
2. HR Administration
Maintain employee records (digital & physical).
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs.
Update HR databases, maintain files, and prepare HR reports.
3. Employee Relations
Assist employees with HR-related questions.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support grievance handling and escalate issues as needed.
4. Compliance & Policy Support
Ensure HR procedures follow company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance checks.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
5. Training & Development
Coordinate training schedules and maintain attendance.
Track completion of training programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR software.
