About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter.


Key Responsibilities




Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires. On boarding of new joiners, gather their personal data and other on boarding activities Experience in sourcing, bulk hiring, and campus hiring Experience in handling calls and clients.

Skills & Qualifications




Should have a minimum of 6 months of experience or any internship experience in recruitment. MBA / PG / Graduate pursuing or completed (preferably in HR / Business / Management). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
