Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, professional, highly fluent, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Canadian team. This multifaceted role involves managing key HR functions, recruitment processes, employee communication, payroll coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth internal operations and enhanced employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end hiring, orientation, and retaining: Post job openings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, schedule rounds, and manage candidate communication and documentation (offers, certificates).
Prepare, verify, and finalize monthly payroll sheets.
Maintain applicant databases, manage class scheduling, and organize internal folders and resources.
Create and maintain SOPs, recruitment/training records, and ensure policy consistency.
Create and support employee skill development plan.
Coordinate trainer meetings, 1-1 sessions & engagement activities
Create employee retention and training policies and procedures.
Work confidently on G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Qualifications & Skills Required:
At Least 1 to 3 years of experience in active HR roles.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
Highly Fluent in English speaking communication and formal email drafting.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with payroll tools and HR documentation processes is an advantage.
Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
