Role Summary:
The Recruitment Executive / Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while also handling coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement. The role requires a balance of sourcing capability and strong follow-up & operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions in detail
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Shortlist and present suitable candidate profiles to hiring managers/clients
Manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet defined TATs
Coordination & Operations
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring cycle
Collect and track interview feedback and follow up for closures
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and Excel sheets
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Ensure smooth communication with candidates and clients
Provide timely updates on hiring status and pipelines
Deliver a positive candidate experience at every stage
Support bulk hiring, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience in recruitment / staffing / coordination
Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in consulting or staffing firms
Exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring
Ability to handle high-volume or niche hiring
Target-driven and process-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
