```Duties```

- Coordinate and administer various HR programs and processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as PeopleSoft and Paylocity.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with conflict management and resolution between employees or departments.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating updates and facilitating training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects such as policy development or process improvements.
- Conduct data entry and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

```Qualifications```

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HR sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Ability to handle employee conflicts or concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in conducting employee evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
- Experience with Dayforce or other workforce management software is a plus.
