Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communication.
Assist in organizing placement drives and outreach activities.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining formalities.
Monitor attendance across departments and maintain daily/monthly attendance reports.
Track and update employee leave records, including CL, ML, and compensatory offs.
Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR databases.
Assist with compliance-related documentation for PF, TDS, Gratuity, etc.
Support in the preparation of salary slips, experience letters, resignation acceptance, and termination notices.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as birthdays, festivals, team outings, and wellness Programs.
Assist in conducting internal trainings, workshops, and staff development initiatives.
Handle employee exit procedures including clearance forms, final settlements, and full-and-final documentation.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports for HR review.
