Key Responsibilities



Coordinate end-to-end candidate recruitment and documentation processes for overseas deployment. Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information. Liaise with clients, candidates, and agents for timely follow-ups. Assist in visa processing, travel documentation, and pre-departure formalities. Schedule interviews, trade tests, and technical evaluations with clients and candidates. Support HR and recruitment teams in administrative tasks and compliance. Generate reports on recruitment metrics, candidate status, and documentation progress.

Desired Candidate Profile



1-3 years of experience in

overseas recruitment

or international staffing. Knowledge of documentation, visa, and pre-departure processes is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software or CRM tools. Ability to handle deadlines, multiple candidates, and client follow-ups effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,620.06 per month
