Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Coordination
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Assist in screening resumes and maintaining candidate databases.
Support onboarding and induction activities.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Assist in payroll data preparation and verification.
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.).
3. Employee Engagement & Support
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Assist in organizing training programs and engagement activities.
Support performance appraisal documentation.
4. HR Documentation & Reporting
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR reports.
Maintain HR MIS and update trackers regularly.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
3 months to 1 year experience in HR coordination or HR operations.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and payroll support.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in engineering or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with HR software or attendance systems.
Basic understanding of labor laws is an advantage.
