We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator with 4-6 years of solid HR experience to support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will help manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment support, compliance, and HR admin functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Support performance appraisal process
Handle employee queries on HR policies and procedures
Assist in training & development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required
Requirements:
4-6 years of HR experience, ideally in HR coordination or generalist roles
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills:
Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of statutory compliance and labor regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
