Job Description

Designation : HR Coordinator

Salary : 30K to 35K pm

Experience : Min 2 years

Location : Vasai East

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling. Handle onboarding formalities and employee induction. Maintain HR files, records, and HR MIS. Manage attendance, leave updates, and coordination with payroll. Prepare HR letters and support daily HR operations. Assist in employee engagement activities. Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
