1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment support, or vendor/client management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily with recruitment vendors and follow up on shared/pending profiles.
Resolve vendor queries and act as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues.
Manage client onboarding, explain proposal terms, and ensure accurate documentation.
Monitor active hiring requirements and share updates with the recruitment team.
Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the internal recruitment team.
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment performance reports.
Assist with interview scheduling, profile tracking, and candidate follow-ups.
Support general recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification & Skills -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
