Job Title: Human Resources Executive / HR Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Human Resources Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support. Coordinate and execute on boarding and exit formalities. Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data. Assist in drafting HR policies, appointment letters, and other official documents. Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Support performance appraisal and training initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred). 1-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role. Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
