Job Description

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to manage daily administrative tasks and support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities:



Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication. Assist with sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of personnel records. Act as a point of contact regarding employee queries and concerns. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and assist with payroll.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Proven work experience of 2 years as an HR Coordinator is required. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
