Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding:



Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and induction programs. Maintain and update recruitment trackers.

2. Employee Records & HRIS:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical). Update HRIS systems with new hire data, terminations, and employee changes. Ensure all employee documentation is compliant with company policies.

3. HR Operations:



Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle general employee queries regarding HR processes. Coordinate performance review cycles and collect feedback.

4. Employee Engagement & Communication:



Organize employee engagement activities and events. Support internal communication initiatives and newsletters. Foster a positive work environment and employee morale.

5. Compliance & Reporting:



Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required. Support audits and documentation processes.

Pay: ₹10,473.52 - ₹30,000.00 per month
