Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of new hire documents and conducting orientation sessions.
Ensure all HR documents are accurately filed, maintained, and organized both physically and digitally.
Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure interview schedules are on track.
Manage the joining formalities and documentation process for all new employees.
Conduct induction sessions to welcome and brief new joiners on company policies and culture.
Assist in managing the employee referral program and tracking successful hires.
Schedule and conduct exit interviews, ensuring proper documentation and feedback collection.
Prepare and issue offer letters and other related employment documents.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in HR operations
Good knowledge of onboarding, documentation
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
