Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
- from understanding requirements to onboarding.
Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Conduct
screening, telephonic, and preliminary interviews
to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers or clients to understand job specifications.
Handle
offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities
.
Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring reports.
Build and manage a strong
candidate database
for recurring roles.
Ensure adherence to
HR policies, confidentiality, and ethical standards
.
Support in
training, onboarding, and other HR activities
as needed.
Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in
recruitment / talent acquisition
(preferably healthcare or overseas).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of
job portals
and social media marketing
Ability to handle multiple positions and work under pressure.
Good understanding of
HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
Proficiency in
MS Office & Excel reporting.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
1-4 years
of experience in recruitment (healthcare, overseas, or corporate preferred).
