Job Summary
:
The HR Co-Ordinator will assist in the smooth functioning of the HR department by coordinating HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, training support, and maintaining HR records. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
Post job ads on various portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Handle documentation and onboarding process for new employees
Conduct induction and orientation sessions
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update employee databases (physical and digital)
Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities
Track probation completion and confirmations
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor and maintain attendance records
Coordinate with employees on leave applications
Ensure timely updates in HR software/system
Employee Engagement & Communication
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
Help with internal communications and HR announcements
Conduct feedback surveys and collate responses
Training & Development
Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records
Coordinate with external trainers/vendors when required
General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Respond to employee queries and support HR policies implementation
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Skills & Competencies
:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of labour laws and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (if applicable)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Positive attitude and people-oriented approach

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
