Sister concern of Hygiene Nature Cure Hospital (est. 2000), Welnez Hygiene Naturopathy Retreat is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres, offering naturopathy and natural wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
Your Role
You manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding while maintaining HR records and ensuring policy compliance. You serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, coordinate with department heads on staffing needs, and execute HR processes that keep a 150-person operation running smoothly across hospitality and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry and intermediate level positions, coordinating interview schedules with department heads and conducting reference checks for all new hires
Execute onboarding for employees, ensuring completion of documentation, policy briefings, uniform issuance, and departmental orientation
Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management across four divisions using HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and statutory compliance
Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance verification, leave reconciliation, and statutory deduction calculations for finance team
Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives, scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records for all departments
Handle employee queries on policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues to HR Manager while resolving routine matters independently
Requirements
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years HR experience in hospitality, healthcare, or service industry
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluency in Malayalam and English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously
Preferred:
Experience with HRIS or HR management software
Knowledge of Kerala Shops and Establishments Act and PF/ESI regulations
Prior experience in pre-opening hotel or wellness facility
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

High-volume recruitment phase expected in first 6 months as property scales to full capacity
