We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage our human resources operations and administrative functions. This role is crucial in building a strong workforce, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting management in organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance evaluations.
Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Manage vendor relationships (office supplies, housekeeping, security, etc.).
Coordinate travel, logistics, and event arrangements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies.
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (preferred).
Experience in [manufacturing/FMCG/etc.] industry is a plus.
