Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage
employee on-boarding and joining formalities
(documentation, induction, ID creation, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital
Use
MS Excel
to manage HR data, prepare reports, track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics
Assist with HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, etc.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Support HR team in organizing training, engagement activities, and other initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR support role (freshers with internships can also apply)
Strong
MS Excel skills
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
Good
verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of
HR processes
, especially on-boarding and employee lifecycle
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
