Maintain all candidate documents (Passport, Photos, CV, Medicals, GAMCA login, PCC status).
Book GAMCA appointments, follow up with candidates, collect reports on time.
Prepare and update mobilisation checklist for every candidate.
Follow up with candidates who are selected but not responding.
Support with joining dates, visa tracking, ticketing coordination.
Maintain attendance, leave, and basic admin records for internal staff.
Prepare daily status reports for Recruitment Manager & Founder.
Requirements
1-3 yrs experience in HR/admin/recruitment coordination.
Good Excel and WhatsApp communication.
Fast follow-up skills and ability to chase missing documents.
