We are looking for an HR Associate with around 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and fluent in English. This role involves handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in drafting and sending appointment letters and offer letters.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new joinees.
Manage onboarding documentation and ensure completeness of HR records.
Handle exit formalities and prepare relieving letters for outgoing employees.
HR Operations
Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Assist in payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies.
Client Prospecting Support (Preferred)
Conduct LinkedIn searches for potential business clients or partners.
Support business development initiatives through basic research and communication.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth HR communication.
Assist in planning internal activities and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Around 2 years of hands-on HR experience.
Strong communication and writing skills in English.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a people-oriented approach.
Familiarity with LinkedIn search and networking tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
