We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to support our HR operations across multiple companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with employees via email and phone calls
Generate and distribute salary slips accurately and on time
Support payroll processing for multiple companies
Handle basic HR administrative tasks such as documentation and filing
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
Internship experience in HR is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
