Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes
Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities
Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support HR audits and reporting activities
Coordinate exit formalities and maintain exit records
Eligibility & Qualifications
For Freshers:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of HR concepts and labor laws
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)
For Experienced Candidates:
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or coordination
Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
Familiarity with HR software/HRMS is an advantage
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
