Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all joining formalities and documentation are completed.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly HR reports.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and training sessions.
Handle HR-related queries from employees and provide administrative support.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, etc.).
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
