Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings on portals and manage responses
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates for interview timings
Maintain candidate database and status updates
Assist in issuing offer letters and joining formalities
Onboarding & Documentation
Collect and verify employee documents
Prepare appointment letters and onboarding kits
Conduct new employee orientation
Create and maintain employee files (physical and digital)
Update employee details in HR software/Excel
Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain daily attendance and leave records
Verify attendance reports with biometric system
Share monthly attendance summary for payroll
Track late marks, weekly offs, holidays, and approvals
HR Operations & Employee Support
Handle employee queries regarding HR, attendance, or policy
Assist in performance review coordination
Maintain discipline and office decorum
Coordinate with the admin team for ID cards, stationery, etc.
Support employee engagement activities and events
HR Compliance & Reporting
Maintain statutory documents (PF/ESI details etc.) as required
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports
Assist HR Manager in audits and compliance-related documentation
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic HR tools
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and documentation
Professional and people-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in HR / MBA HR preferred
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or coordination
Experience in tile/building material/retail industry is an advantage
