A leading client of CareerBricks is looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Coordinator to support core HR functions in a busy office environment.
This is a hands-on role built for someone who combines administrative accuracy with a people-first attitude. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking records in the HRIS.
In addition, you will coordinate the onboarding of new hires - preparing offer letters, collecting required documents, conducting pre-joining checks, and ensuring a smooth induction experience.
Day-to-day duties also include maintaining and updating employee records, assisting with payroll documentation, processing attendance and leave data, supporting learning & development logistics, and addressing routine employee queries. You'll liaise closely with external vendors for background verification and statutory compliance tasks, and provide ad-hoc HR admin support to managers across departments. The role requires confidentiality, strong organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using HR tools, demonstrates attention to detail, and can manage competing priorities while delivering a positive experience for candidates and employees. This role is a great fit for someone aiming to grow into a full HR generalist position and gain exposure to multiple facets of human resources within a professional services environment.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Commerce preferred)
1-3 years' experience in HR administration or recruitment support
Familiarity with HRIS or ATS tools; strong MS Excel skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
High degree of confidentiality and professional conduct
