About the work from home job/internship

Pawzz company is looking for an enthusiastic HR coordination intern to join their dynamic team! This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to learn and develop their skills in human resources.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with day-to-day operations of the human resources department
2. Researching and optimizing Instagram marketing strategy
3. Managing intern onboarding process from recruitment to shortlisting
4. Maintaining WhatsApp groups of fundraising interns
5. Managing Internshala dashboard
6. Screening profiles of potential candidates and providing feedback to respective recruiters

Skills & Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills
2. A keen eye for detail & analysis
3. A strong desire to learn
4. Previous experience in human resources is an advantage, but not a requirement
