We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordination Officer to support our HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of people processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination.
Coordinate performance reviews, student/faculty feedback collection, and evaluation reports.
Support freelance and in-house faculty engagement and maintain their records.
Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed across branches and departments.
Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Generate HR reports and assist management in decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (education/training sector preferred).
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
