Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven HR Consultant to help us grow our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and closing deals across various business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach prospective clients. Present and promote company services tailored to client needs. Manage end-to-end client acquisition and deal closure. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or client-facing roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results. Existing network is a plus. Should be willing to travel Attractive Salary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
